Our very professional cleaning plant and drying towers are capable of cleaning even the largest area rug . We treat each individual carpet with care and respect, giving individual attention to every rug we clean.

♦ Stage 1
Our highly trained technicians will answer each and every question to your satisfaction before picking your precious rug.

♦ Stage 2
After thorough inspection & measurement, every rug is first put through our beater/duster to eliminate loose soil and dust.

♦ Stage 3
We wash all rugs with fresh water (recommended by manufactures) and a mild biodegradable solutions. Rug is being soaked and scrubbed with gentle brushes to remove stains, dirt and grease.

♦ Stage 4
Every rug is rinsed through approx. 2000 gallons of fresh water per hour to eliminate all residue, dirt, soil and allergy prone symptoms.

♦ Stage 5
Now every rug is fed through our unique process of two massive wringers at 140 p.s.i. to squeeze the excess water, reduces wrinkles and ensures the rug stays in shape. A through inspection takes place after the completion of this process. If we are not satisfied with the results we will repeat Stages 3 to 5 until a satisfactory result is achieved, at NO EXTRA cost to you.

♦ Stage 6 - Final stage
At the final stage of the process, our technicians inspect your area rug again. Once your rug has passed QA inspection, is put in our dry-tower. This is a temperature and humidity controlled environment. Your rug is hung from one end—the same way you see it in stores. We ensure that during the drying process, your area rug retains the orginal shape that we get it in. Also the controlled temperature and humidity ensures your rug will dry quickly and properly without the risk of mold or mildew.

We also offer special services to treat colour-damaged rugs or dye bleeding. We offer Teflon Stain Guard Rug protector to help prevent future permanent stains. We offer deodorizing and disinfect services as well as moth treatments.
