RizMi did a wonderful job resotring my carpet.  This carpet is my most valued possession, and it needed to be cleaned and repaired before we moved. Rizmi only had two days (one of which was a Sunday) to get the carpet cleaned and repaired.  Not only did they clean and repair the carpet, but they delivered it to my door and the carpet looked exquisite.  The colors were once again alive, and all of the wrinkles caused by water damage were gone.  In only two days!  Professional, straightforward, incredibly competent service is what any customer can expect from Rizmi - this was certainly my experience. RizMi managed to accomplish what I thought impossible: take a felted wool rug turned grey by active boys and return it to its original white shade, it looks almost new! I was extremely satisfied with your service. We have a beautiful, handwoven wool carpet that had not been cleaned for over 10 years. You assessed the quality of the carpet immediately and informed me of what stains may be permanent and what could be expected from the cleaning process. The carpet was delivered on the day promised, you helpe reinstall it in the living room, proudly unrolling it. The colours were vibrant again, expecially the beige background. The result was stunning.

I want to thank you for the wonderfull cleaning you did to my Persian rugs. They were 15 Years old and very expensive when we purchased them. I was extremely upset when our new puppy ate the fringe at one corner of the rug. I guess it was a blessing or we whould not have noticed that the continous doggy business was ruining our hardwood floors. You did a great job cleaning the mould and stains on top and even on the underside of the rugs. We have since arrange for our floors to be sanded and refinished. We will definitely recommmend you to our friends and will certainly call you again.

I own a beautiful hand woven carpet runner that we purchased in Turkey. I made the stupid mistake of trying to clean it on my own and I thought I had ruined it. I called Rizmi carpets and they came out to take a look at the carpet. They took the runner and when it was returned it looked just like the original before I decided to clean it. I am so pleased as I was scared I had permanently ruined it beyond repair and so I would unconditionally recommend them to anyone who has quality carpet. Their price is reasonable and the service turn around time was fabulous. It took approximately 2 weeks

I was very impressed with the high level of customer service demonstrated by RizMi. The hand woven rug we purchsed while on vacation in Morocco is a very sentimental and priceless souvenir.
